Food & Drink Ideas for a Beach-Themed Wedding

You're planning a beach-themed wedding, most things are under control. Your thoughts turn to food....what are you going to feed your guests? Are you planning a sit-down meal, food stations, appetizers...should you go more formal or informal. All good questions before you plan the menu. Perhaps, you are going to have the event catered...that's great, you can choose from their menus.
